• Questions and scenarios you submit to Sage AI (e.g., vehicle, home, or coverage details you choose to share)
• Basic usage data (pages visited, general location/device info) via standard analytics
• Contact information only if you voluntarily provide it (e.g., via our contact form or by requesting a quote)

We do not require personal information (PII) to use Sage AI.

• In de-identified, aggregated form, to understand what consumers are asking about and to improve our content, SEO, and marketing — never tied back to you personally
• To connect you with our licensed partner, Bindable, only if and when you choose to request a quote

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties or lead-generation buyers
• We do not share your Sage AI questions with carriers or partners unless you explicitly request a quote
• We do not spam you or share your contact information without your consent

If you start a quote or ask to be connected with an agent, the form collects information you enter, which may include:

• Name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code or mailing address
• Basic risk details for the line you're shopping (e.g., vehicle year/make/model and driver info for auto; property type, age, and construction for home, condo, or renters)
• Current coverage status and desired coverage or effective date
• Technical data attached to the submission (IP address, timestamp, referring page, and campaign parameters)

Who receives it:

• Bindable (Bindable, Inc.), our licensed quoting and binding partner, receives your submission so a licensed producer can contact you and prepare quotes. Bindable may share it with the insurance carriers it represents in order to quote your coverage. Bindable's use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.
• Licensed agents or producers working with Bindable who follow up on your request
• Our hosting, analytics, email, and telephony vendors, acting as service providers strictly to operate this site and route your request

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share quote-start submissions with lead-generation marketplaces or unrelated advertisers. Sage isn't paid by any partner today. If that changes, How we make money will explain how before any payment begins.

By submitting a quote-start form you consent to be contacted by a licensed partner by phone, text, or email about your request. You can opt out at any time by telling the caller, replying STOP to a text, or emailing us at ask@sageinsurance.ai.

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — regardless of where you live. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and Montana) also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising and profiling and to appeal a denied request.

• Include the email address or phone number you submitted so we can locate your record; we may ask one verifying question and will not use it for any other purpose
• We respond within 45 days and will confirm in writing when the data is deleted; if we deny a request we explain why and how to appeal
• An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission

Deleting data from Sage does not delete it from a partner who already received your quote request. We will tell you which partner received it and give you their deletion contact so you can request removal there as well.

• We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights

• You can use Sage AI without providing any personal information

You may request that we delete personal information you've provided by contacting us at ask@sageinsurance.ai.

• Aggregated, de-identified question data may be retained indefinitely to improve Sage AI
• Personal information you provide is retained only as long as needed to respond to you or fulfill a quote request
